    Anti-Static Slipmats

Are these any use at all? I was thinking of getting a pair because sometimes when I'm about to play a record if its on the deck and I wipe it with my anti-static cloth flip it over or lift it off the deck the slipmat sticks to the record and attracts more fucking dust to the side its stuck on

I have to say this never happened to me Bar when i was using turntables - maybe i had anti-static slipmatts i'm not sure - but i changed my slipmatts every other week.

I had 2 sets of slipmatts and when i got bored of one set i swapped them over to the other set
