Where do you guys get your breaks from?
I only have the jungle warfare 1 sample pack, anything better out there?

There's been a few packs uploaded over the years - I've put a few in that sample pack I sent you.
The JW ones are more for jungle style tunes really.
Most of the old hardcore ones come from old funk records with added tr909 / 808 hits to them to give them 'thump'.


Also there are loads of beats on the Datafile 1 2 & 3 releases - most are standard housey type loops, but there are some usable ones, and tonnes of individual hits & other sounds / vocals which you'll recognise from loads of tunes.

I pick my beats from very varied places (old vinyls, cds & movies) ,sometimes different genres, like industrial, pop-tunes, techno etc. Usually I also add some of my own production there, just to make it sound a little bit different than the original ones..
