They are nice headphones - you can't go wrong with Sennheiser - but a bit too pricey

PC speakers that I would recommend based on what you will use it for are:

    Logitech Z2300

    it's a 2.1 system

Based on what you are saying Euphoria and Haze - i won't be getting Skull Candy headphones.

I am looking on that site for Sennheiser headphones Haze - thanks for the link

I am seriously thinking of getting these headphones Haze (link below) - the cheaper ones would probably do the job but i think they look hideous

SENNHEISER HD 205 - HEADPHONES (BLACK)- A PAIR OF

tbh any senheiser set are good....other than the hd-25sp which are horrid, cheap versions of the hd-25 that thrash linked.

the hd-25 model are so good i own 2 pairs...worth their weight in gold

I wouldn't mind Haze i had a pair of Sennheiser headphones - i can't remember the model but i kept them when i got rid of my decks years ago and someone decided to help themselves They were the best headphones i ever had

I wouldn't mind getting those headphones that Thrash and yourself has but i'd be worried my kids would get their hands on them and break them and after paying over £150 i would be livid

At least if i get a cheaper pair they can be easily replaced if anything does happen

I've got these that i use on my laptop to do my mixes & the sound quality is excellent Skullcandy 2010 Earbuds / Headphones INK'D SC Green - Electronics at Play.com (UK)

I use a 2.1 Logitech speaker set up for my PC & the sound quality on that was so good i didn't bother with my hifi... For mixing on the wheels of steel i've got a Technics 1000w 5.1 surround amp with a pair of Jamo 265D speakers

I have already made my mind up on the headphones and i have decided to get the Sennheiser's - the Skullcandy in-ear headphones might be better than the overhead ones Leon but i don't like them in my ears

I will be getting some Logitech speakers though just have to decide which ones

Go for it with the headphones... Never tried Sennheiser's so let us know how you get on with them

The Logitech 2.1 speakers i have i've had for at least 7 years & they still sound as good today as they did when i bought them... & i've put them through their paces

I've got these Logitech X-230 2.1 PC Speakers on eBay (end time 06-Feb-11 23:13:47 GMT) & with a tweak of the EQ on Windows Media Player they are sweet as a nut

They have done me proud for at least 7 years... & at £15 buy them anyway & prove me wrong... Better than paying £150 on a 2.1 that could sustain damage or be shit
