    Here u go:

Download this & put it in a folder of your choice (just remember which one).

    http://www.sendspace.com/file/cabigr

    Load Audacity.
    Edit Menu.
    Preferences.
    File Formats tab.
Now in here near the bottom right of the box that appears is a button that says 'Find Library'.
Click this, click yes & now browse to where you put that file you just downloaded.
Double click that & now you should be able to alter the 128 (which was greyed out) to 320 & press okay

Then after you have recorded your mix, do export mp3 & it should now be a 320.

Of course, do a quick test to make sure it does work before u do another big mix.
