Assuming you have a tape deck, you'll need a pair of phono - 5mm jack leads. Run the leads from the output on your tape deck into the input on your soundcard. Then you can record from tape onto your computer & save as mp3 using software such as Sound Forge or Total Recorder.

Before you do that it is likely the set is already up on here. Once you are upgraded check in the live sets / Fantazia sections as someone may have already done the hard work for you.
