    Fantazia DVD's

I bought the unedited DVD's from Second Sight & Summertime from the Fantazia website about 3 years ago but they have never worked properly in any DVD player or laptop I've ever tried them in..... X(

Does anyone know if there is a way of saving the files onto my laptop or of making them play properly? They seem to be okay for about the first 5 mins then they just freeze?

Obviously they are sold on crap blue-backed discs but it may be a bit too far down the line to ask Fantazia for a refund.....

Pop the dvd in the pc. Any pop up box, just close it down.
Goto my computer, dvd/cd drive & then into the video_ts folder (if there isn't one, what's on there??). And ignore the audio folder.

Copy each file one at a time onto your hard-drive (make a new folder somewhere on there & bung the files into it).
If any don't copy and give error messages, it means the disc is either dirty (give it a wipe) or it's buggered.

If u do manage to copy all the files out, use something like nero, burn as dvd video & plonk all those files into the video directory (which automatically appears) - re-burn & try.

Where's the video_ts folder located? I go into my computer & when I click on the DVD bit it just starts playing it in Media Player?

What i do is put the dvd in the drive and a box pops up saying open with - scroll down to the bottom and there's an option to open the folder to view the files using internet explorer.

When that comes on the screen i then copy the files to my hard drive - job done

Ahhh - u must have the autoplay thing setup - right click that cd/dvd drive & choose 'explore' - it'll then go into a normal window
