How can i shorten a mp3 set from here so it can fit onto a CD-R?

    Hey

Im sure everyone has gone through downloading a really good set only to find that its too long for a CD-R which is 80mins i believe.

Is there any simple free programs that allow you to slice minutes etc off the mp3 set?

Trying to put the Easygroove n Spinback @ enysham free party set on cd but it wont fit :-\ the set is 1:19:56

    Anyway thanks

and are you sure you have 80min cdrs?

i'd try using a different burner program (nero for example). personally i think realplayer (and associated programs) are a load of crap....

    yea its an 80min CD-R

I know real player is flakey, i'll try nero. I think i got some nero stuff on my pc.

I guess the set is pretty close to the 80mins, you think that matters?
