    Ipod Question

I already have a Ipod Nano with just individual tracks and i have no problems with that but i went and bought a Ipod Classic 160 GB.

I want to add albums to the Classic but on some of the albums i have added to Itunes - it has come up as individual tracks instead of the full album in one place. How do i sort this out?

Also i have the album art in each folder and some of the albums art shows up on Itunes and others don't. How do i fix also?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Re: Ipod Question

I'm not sure how you sort it msprim I have the same issue with itunes, as in I have several albums where the tracks aren't named, they're listed as track 1, track2, track 3 so on so forth. In itunes I end up with a folder called track 1 containing all my track 1's from different albums, then a folder called track 2 containing all my track 2's from different albums...It's a right pain in the arse isn't it?! X(

Because of this I shall never buy an ipod again! I shall just buy a standard mp3 player that allows you move your files over exactly how you've organised them.

EDIT - Unless of course there is a way round it, or if there's some alternative software out there that can be used. I'm going to look into this...

This happened with a friend's Ipod also - i was adding albums for her and the same thing happened with some of them - I have even gone to the effort of tagging everything for my own Ipod so i am hoping this will sort the problem out.

I have got software from Copytrans and it's good for copying everything on your Ipod to your computer so you have a backup copy of evreything and i also got Ipod doctor from Copytrans which sorts out any problems with your Ipod. I know you can transfer stuff from your PC direct to your Ipod using Copytrans - i just have to work out how. I'll let you know how i get on.
