    ** SUPERANTISPYWARE WARNING! **

If you have this installed, you may wish to uninstall it.
I updated my copy yesterday & all find until I tried to boot back up this morning. Had an 'Buffer Over-run in Winlogin.exe' Error appear, so I couldn't even get back into windows!
Even safe mode & other methods wouldn't get back in.
Luckly, we have the laptop and after a bit of googling, found it was the update on an older version of SAS that did it (although it may also do it on new versions - I don't plan to find that out).

So if u do get stuck, this is what u need:

Had to download & burn to cd a prog called "Ubuntu Live CD".
    ( Free from here: http://www.ubuntu.com/GetUbuntu/download )

And the program I used to burn the ISO is also free (although I'm sure Nero will work if u have it):

Boot the cd up after powering on the pc, option 1 (English), Option 1.
After a few mins u boot up into a strange looking version of windows.
Goto your main C:, find the program files folder, then then superantispyware folder & rename the following file:

    From : SASWINLO.dll To: SASWINLO.dll.old

Then shut the pc down, reboot without that disc in & u should be all ok again

    That sounds like bad news!

I have a copy of Hirens boot CD for when I have issues with my windows. So far I haven'thad to sue it but my nephew has used it when he shut down his PC without it booting up fully first and knackered his registry. He was all set to buy a new machine but I told him to try the CD and he managed to get it running again. It's a decent bit of kit.
