Lovely bit of kit. Not had an issue since i got it
Though if you're thinking about laying out u might wanna spend a bit more and get Scratch 2, which ships with Audio 10![]()
I have scratch 2 Pro and its the dogs nuts m8. Although I don't have the audio 10 as I bought the scratch 2 pro upgrade kit that they have on offer atm.
Cheers for the replys, it was more the quality of the soundcard than the software that comes with it, I believe you can use almost any software exept serato with it, but the soundcard itself has enough balls, so to speak
Serato seems more popular.
It's just the soundcard I'm thinking of getting, and I believe the audio 4 can't be used with timecode vinyls, as long as the card sounds punchy enough, cheers
Missed out a sentence in my post lol
My friend has the audio 6 card he got with traktor 2 duo and he loves it if thats any help!
where did you hear that? As far as I know the Audio 4 is exactly the same as the Audio 8, only difference is it is 2 in 2 out, instead of 4 in 4 out. You only really need the Audio 8 if you plan on using CD timecodes and Vinyl timecodes at the same time.
I use a Maya 44 with Traktor (2 in 2 out card) and it works fine with timecode vinyl.
Something to do with modes, whatever they are, you can't use the audio 4 in some modes with timecode vinyl or something. or with some versions of traktor?
I went for the AUDIO 8 anyway picked up a nearly new one for 160 pounds, plan to use it with mixvibes crossnow I just need some Mp3's, now where am I going to find them? oh yeah
