About LinkBacksI've got about an hour of vid that i wanna get onto the pc but seeing as this is gonna be a one time thing i don't want to buy any kit. Any friendly convertors out there, or clever gits with real cheap ideas for that matter?

Not sure if you can... But if someone had a VHS/DVD recorded combo player could they not record it that way, kind of similar to a tape deckOriginally Posted by dodders

*EDIT - & then convert it to AVI with some free software
