i want to add more itv regional ch to a sky+ box but i don't know the settings ?

it's for my bird she wants stv 'jock itv to you and me' but i cant change the frequency from 11.778 so i don't think i can do it.

cheers mate but i have been on both of them before with no joy, i think it's because i don't get a choice in changing the frequency.
