Thread: Finally got my Windows 7 how i want it.

I've had Windows 7 since the day of release (I have the Ultimate version)

I love it, best Windows yet. I can't wait for 8 now, which should be released next year.

I've got Ultimate too, just installed in laptop number 2 & after all the bloody updates & programs have been installed i added my custom icons for programs & files

Windows 7 really kicks arse. I've been stuck on Vista these last few months but finally got around to installing 7 again and I still love it. Best Windows by far. I've seen little bits on Win 8 but not sure if it's going to improve on 7 much if you don't have a touch screen PC.

We're still using XP at work and it's more stable than 7 I feel.
Was talking to dodders on the blower about this ages ago and he said every alternate version of Windows is crap - he has a point

7's better in a number of ways & also worse than XP... With XP you can live stream & Vista or 7 you can't which is wankety wank checkbook & pen

I don't use my computers to their full capacity anyway so i don't really notice a difference other than 7 won't work with some programs i need...

Windows 7 makes it super easy to stream things Leon. I have every TV in the house streaming from my computer. Films, music, pictures, all at the touch of a button.

XP is now 11 years old, technology has vastly moved on. XP was a total nightmare when it came to setting up a home nextwork for instance because it was never really made for that. With 7 it takes seconds to do.

You mean playing or listening?

I can do both Leon without any problems. You must have something missing or something isn't set up right. Tune in tonight at 9pm and hear me streaming from a Windows 7 PC
