You shouldn't need to send any money to paypal (I don't think).
Why are you sending Paypal money?

What you using it for? If Your just using it for, like Sending China a few bob or ebay, once its set up it will automatically take it out of the bank account you have set up with Pay Pal!

You can send money to one of them Pay Pal Top Up cards, but i assume you are still trying to set up a pay pal account?

I just have'nt a clue what i am doing, maybe if i could give one of you my password to my pay pal account you could have a look and see what needs doing?

And yes i just want to send some money to CR and buy a rapidshare account and some gear off ebay.

You just need to add your bankaccount and then get it verified. Then you can start using it. The money you pay thru paypal will be automatically drawn off your bankaccount

don't get me going on paypal they are a real set of c*nts !!!! don't try to phone them it's mental. they will not reopen my account until i get someone i sold a ticket to, to email them to confirm the sale. i told them i could send a fake email saying i was the seller and they would never know, the bloke went 'right yep that's a good point' i have spent over 4 hrs over three months on the phone to them in the past when i forgot my password ~x( ~x(

Yep I've had trouble with them a few time's, Blocking My Credit cards & Bank accounts for some unknown reason & The Guys at Pay pal have no idea why!

I get the Dutch language version but it's probably: my profile > add or remove bankaccount.

Answer :
When you add your credit or debit card, you may be required to confirm it. This is also a necessary step when lifting your limits.

If you are adding a Maestro or Solo card, click here to find out more about this process. For all other cards, see below.

To link your card:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at http://www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click 'View Limits' on the ‘Account Overview’ page
3. Tick the box next to ‘Receiving Limit per year’ then click 'Lift Limits'
4. Click ‘Link your card’ to add your card. If you have already added the card click ‘Start process to confirm your card’
5. Click ‘Save and Continue’

When you click ‘Save and Continue’, you authorise PayPal to charge your card. Don’t worry though, you will be reimbursed for the amount. Your card will be charged £1 exactly and we will also send you a unique, randomly generated four digit PayPal code.

After two to three days, you should be able to see the PayPal charge on your online card statement. Alternatively you can wait for your next paper statement. You will find the four-digit PayPal code, next to or near the £1 charge on your statement. In the item description, the code will be printed next to the word 'PAYPAL'.

Once you have the details from your statement, you can then confirm your card by following these steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at http://www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click 'Confirm my debit or credit card' in the ‘To Do List’ box
