well if you do decide to phone BT little story 4 ya. Couple of years back i spent 7 hours in one 4 and a half hour afternoon (yup u read it right) trying to convince them we weren't getting what we were paying for, even though i'd had an engineer telling me i was only getting 4 & was paying for 8.

When they eventually decided they were wrong they sorted us a new router, upped our package for same price and refunded what they owed (or left us in credit anyway).

Moral: if it is their fuck up they might sort u out nicely - but you might have a nervous breakdown on the blower
