Thread: Itunes help

My Mrs has had an ipad for a while and had no problem downloading apps. Every now an then it will say that you have to download onto you computer and access from itunes.

These are showing the the library (apps) but I can work out how to get them to her device. I've syncd the ipad and the apps don't move.

Any ideas.

if she downloaded them onto her ipad then the apps shouldn't have moved from the ipad to itunes...they'll have been copied over during the sync process but they should still be on the ipad.

certainly how it works for me on my mac...

The strange thing is thedy wouldn't download straight on the ipad.. she recieved a massage that it couldn't be downloaded and to download them from 'itunes on your computer'. Going into to itunes on the computer it showed 5 downloads (which were the 5 apps that got this message) available. I downloaded them on the computer in itunes so they are in the library.. The just don't seem to want to sync to the ipad.. Pu my itouch in and one of them popped up on there.. She's downloaded loads of apps straight to the ipad it just seems to be an odd few that wont.

iTunes is a right pair of hairy tits isn't it?

Are the apps in the list on the left (in the main window) if you click on the iPad in the left column then the app tab at the top of the main window? If so u should be able to send them to the iPad from there.
