Youtube Vids - Converting Mp3's, Uploading etc.

Does anyone know how one goes about it?

Basically have a tonne of pirate rips/minor-label tunes I'd like to put on my channel, but don't have the foggiest idea....

    Help please??

    Okay.

So, upon opening WMM, how do I now make a video of an mp3 with, say, just a static background pic (e.g. Discogs label scan) throughout duration of the vid??

You just use the 'Timeline' at the bottom.

Import your MP3 and pic, then drag the MP3 into the audio line at the bottom. Next drag the pic into the video line, and extend to as long as the MP3 (In minutes and seconds)

Job done. All you have to do is export it (A WMV file is fine)

Right done that, but I can't find how to export it as the file type you mention.

[Tried File/Save Project As, and it saved it as a Windows Movie Maker Project (.MSWMM) ??? ]

    RESULT !!

    One final question...

Does Youtube automatically size the video into the window when you've uploaded? In other words, do I need to crop my pics to a certain size/dimension before creating the vid?
