Thread: best site for uploading ?

whats the best site to use to upload my oldskool collection ? as im new to all this ..

www.mediafire.com

It's free, fairly quick upload / download speeds, no waiting times / pop-ups when people are downloading

www.sendspace.com is another good free one (and crashes much less than mediafire does).

With most free ones though, the links usually only last 30 days after the last download that has happened.

That's another plus with mediafire, I've uploaded over 7 gig worth of music since last June & everything's still there

I tried uploading on there and it just keeps saying it didn't upload properly, hence why I'll never bother with that site anymore. Takes ages to upload & then you just get an error.
I'll be sticking to sendspace for now.

that was happening to me all yesterday with Mediafire, it was driving me nutts then i tried Megaupload and that was the same ~x(

I personally dont like sendspace.Like you say the links only last for about 30 days & then have to be replaced,whats the point?
Very rarely have i come across a dead mediafire link so that would be my no.1 choice.I would also say that rapidshare & 4megaupload are better for longer lasting links than sendspace.

If I could get mediafire to work, I'd give it a go - but I tried up'ing 6 things the other day - only 2 worked. Tried the day after as well (more than 1 attempt) - same, so for me it's of no use.

I must admit mediafire does have it's quirks.
