    I don't know what the problem is... It was working fine until i cleaned my computer using Windows Washer, which is the program that fucked up the settings on Firefox... But it's taking 3 or 4 attempts just to liog into my Mediafire account now & then it just says theres 0/0 items loading when there was 219 in there before

    I've emailed Mediafire about the problem & am waiting for a response.

    Had a few responses from Mediafire, here they are;

    Could you run a trace route to mediafire.com and reply with the results?

    To do this in Windows, please follow these steps:

    1) Open your Start menu, type 'cmd' into the search bar and hit Enter. (Note: for some older versions of Windows you will need to first select Run, then enter 'cmd' in the pop-up that appears).

    2) You should see a black window with text appear. In this new window, enter the following text:

    tracert mediafire.com

    3) Hit Enter, then let the program run completely. You will know the program has finished when the words 'Trace Complete' appear, and you are given a command prompt again.

    4) Right-click anywhere in the window and choose Select All from the pop-up which appears. Then hit Enter to copy the contents of the window. Paste this text into your response to us.

    So i did that & got this response;

    Thank you for contacting Mediafire’s Customer Support Department regarding this matter with your account. Our customer’s satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Mediafire. We want to let you know that we have escalated this query to our Level 2 support department for resolve. We have verified that this is a possible technical bug within our platform and we can assure you that they are working diligently towards a resolution and we will inform you of any progress made to restore any features that are not working properly.

    And then;

    Something I forgot to mention in my previous message: could you please contact your ISP and ask them if they are blocking our site? We have not received any word on this, but in some cases an ISP will choose to restrict access to certain sites without bothering to warn their users or the people who run the site in question. In the mean time we will continue to investigate this matter from our end.

    But it can't be my ISP blocking the site as i can log in (eventually) & when i click the 'My Account' tab it tells me that i have 19 gigs worth of data uploaded & some stats etc but it just won't load my files

    That still may be an IP issue mate. My IP at home does a similar sort of thing with Rapidshare & Filesonic.

    Hmmm, I don't have any issues at home or work with MF (tremendous firewalls at work so I'm quite lucky really) and I've got 94.46 GB of uploaded onto Mediafire servers and no issues at all my end. The plot thickens :-

    Same here... It was taking forever to load a MF page & when it finally did it just came up with the 'processing download request' box but no link appeared & then it kept refreshing the page on it's own.

    Bloody Mediafire... They fixed what wasn't broke & broke it!
