    Megaupload wtf ?

    Just got sent a link for a set and i get this
    'We have detected an elevated number of requests from your IP address. This may be caused by improperly designed third-party software. A temporary access restriction is in place'.

    This is the first time i have d/l off them in months ?

    The only thing I can think of is that the last time you tried to download from them, it didn't clear the cookie, and it still thinks you are downloading a file. Try clearing cookies, internet cache and history, then close your browser and restart it to see if it makes a difference.

    There's always a snag with technology eh....hopefully you managed to come good; can honestly vouch for never having one single problem with Megaupload....all the others on the other hand...

    This happened to me over a year ago - i just removed the www. from the URL of the download link and it worked - try it it may work for you OSR

    I had the same trouble recently - I just found reloading the page a couple of times seemed to do the trick.
