Its All About Oldskool Weekly Email (27th March 2011)
Welcome to this week’s IAAO email.
The 25th March 2011 saw the 2nd anniversary of Its All About Oldskool. It was a grand occasion; with the queen herself present on the forum grabbing some Fantazia sets for William’s wedding to Kate. I’m not sure if they will be played in the church or not but they should make it on the stereo at the reception later in the evening. She hasn’t been back since but she did promise to come along for the 3rd anniversary. She is a busy woman so it’s quite understandable.
Let me just take this opportunity to thank all those who visit the site when they can and get involved and a special mention to Danril and Renegade Genius for their hard work (although if I’m honest they have the easiest job in the world as you lot don’t give them any work to do because you are so well behaved. It’s lucky they do it for free. Kerls also gets a mention….we miss you fella)
Here’s to another 12 months and all that it brings. There is a small post in general chat about our 2nd anniversary, so if you have a spare couple of minutes, then give it a read and If you have the urge to say something, please do.
I filled in for Smiler last week on Renegade Radio. It was a bit short notice but it kept me on my toes and I had a wonderful time as always. A big thank you to all those who locked and gave it a listen and thanks to the folks in the chat room for, well, chatting. If you didn’t manage to catch the show, then give it a listen here: http://www.its-all-about-oldskool.co...-radio*-18608/
For those of you curious about Trance or you are fans of it, then don’t forget to check out the Trance site www.its-all-about-trance.com it’s got plenty of classics on there as well as the newer stuff. Join up and give it a try if you haven’t already.
It was nice to see Swipezster as a guest on Curly’s latest show on Renegade. It was a welcome return from him and by all accounts, he has a cracking pair of legs (Curly’s words) if you missed the show then check it out here: Curly n Swipz on Renegade Radio 25th March 2011 (sadly there are no subtitles for the speaking parts)
There seems to be a lot of people using soundcloud these days and the members of IAAO are no different. If you are on Soundcloud, then let us know about it here: Who's On Soundcloud? and post your page for others to look at.
Have a great week,
China.
