atleast a empty your inbox mesage will help everyone use the forum better?

There already is a warning Puffa. Go into your PM's and scroll down. There is a giant status bar with nice little colours and some text which tells you how full your PM folders are.

But apart from that as I always say and it's one of the most frustrating things for me on this forum is that people just don't pay attention to something they find really important on this site. I clean out mine every week without fail, get into the habit and you will never have a problem.
