Be a good idea to add some general housekeeping things as well, such as putting bit rates of tunes in the titles & also saying thanks for downloading stuff....

Will add more stuff, but I think something like that should be added to rules?? I'm thinking of doing some general forum rules as well. I know some of us don't like rules, but general stuff is usually ok.
