Thread: dj control mp3

hi, i have a dj control mp3 unit which i used to mix with mp3s. problem with it is that you have to have two sound cards to make it work (if you want to be able to monitor on headphones - which of course you do!) - don't think the designers thought it through!

anyway, now i have a mac which doesn't have 2 sound-cards and so i wondered if anyone knows of any decent software that i could use as an alternative.

the easy answer is to get my 1210s set up but my vinyl collection is no way near as good as my mp3 collection.

any thoughts are welcome

you'll also need a Griffin iMic as well for pre cueing but they are only about £20 on ebay

i'll check it out.

want to get a 1210 connected to it as well so can scratch over it.

will probably just have the output from the mac going into a real mixer with the 1210 on the other channel.
