    Hey - Friendsound now on board

    Well, we noticed there were some links coming in to our blog from this board, and with a name like that it seems like our kind of hang-out.

    Our blog is Friendsound (http://friendsound.wordpress.com) and although we post everything from ambient noise to spoken word to radiophonic madness to skronky pipebanging, we have a soft spot for British old school hardcore. There are two of us on Friendsound, Stefan (Europe based) and Thorsten (German guy currently in the US). This is Stefan here, and I used to DJ weekly in the UK Midlands in 1990-93, so I used to play out a lot of the classic Suburban Base, Production House, Rising High sides. These days I'm mostly tracking down complete discographies of my favourite labels, both dance and otherwise, and posting mad rare shit on our blog just because we have it.
