Question If theres one set or event you wish you had been at what would it be?

Maybe you were too young, maybe your car broke down on the way or maybe you just decided not to go.

But basically you heard the tapes and thought, "I wish I was there".

For me theres 2 which stand out:

Darren J, Kenny Ken, Randall and Mickey Finn B2B @ AWOL at the Ministry (1994)

    and

Dance Planet Innersence (Sept 1994), mainly the Seduction and Ellis Dee sets

The AWOL set its about the tunes and the way the atmosphere sounds (horns!!), and the Dance Planet sets its the tunes. Anyway I was too young at the tender age of 14/15. If only my parents had had sex a few years earlier....

Why would anyone that...just because they are londoners? Quite justified if you ask me..

would've liked to have gone to universe in2orbit as every set from that night is choc full of classic tunes

can't think of any others tbh as like rg i got to go to most of the big raves down south thru 91/92

actually i would've liked to have been at some of the 89/90 parties for the pioneering spirit of them...i did a few but generally i was too young at the time

Pretty much any Vibealite event at Venue 44 would be good, thought if I had to choose a night it would be Slipmatts Birthday or Semi Final Award Cermeony.

Dont know exactly when it was but Darren J plays Splash - Babylon 2nd or 3rd tune, and whole set sounds mental with GQ and seriously loud whistles and horns. Sounds good but maybe im wrong..

Having thought about it, definately earlier events too, just beacause it was a new thing, in a field or warehouse somewhere..
