Please read - missing audio & forum registrations HWNDarkside wrote:

Some twat has nicked http://www.hardcorewillneverdie2.com domain so all the files hosted on that server are no longer accessible. That's approximately 40% of all the audio files hosted on HWND.

There's little chance I'll be able to get the domain back, so that means re-coding and re-hosting all of the material on to hardcorewillneverdie.com, an extremely time-consuming task.

I ask all HWNDers to bear with me, but it could take weeks/months to sort it out.



Having spent the weekend looking at this it's worse than I thought. hardcorewillneverdie2.com host pretty much all the audio material held on HWND - approx 8,000 files and 25Gb.

I have to download the lot, re-code the .ram files and upload to the new server, and then re-code HWND. A ball-ache of the highest order.

On top of this the Forum remains closed to new registrations. Not only do I need to update the php code (again) but have to find ways to stop the 50-100 spam registrations I was getting on a daily basis. If you are looking to register please bear with me.

Yep, hope it works out for Fav. Would not fancy having to do that!

Sorry to find out about this. Was a big fan of the HWND website. Hope Fav manages to sort it out without too much stress.

I didn't know there was a second one.....! What a horrid situation, some mongrels out there alright.......it must feel like a cold day in hell when something of this magnitude occurs....the bastards......good luck to mr. Fav in the time it will take to fix it. What a nightmare....horrible!!
