Thread: Vote: What was your favorite raving year?

Ok, I'm sure we've done this before, but I thought I'd put it to the vote this time.

It's a tough call for me whether it’s the newness and innocence (for me) of 1990, 1991 when it was kicking or 1992 with some of the best raves you could go to such as Summertime.

Think I will go 1991 by a wisker.

Well it would have been 92 had i been that bit older but i guess i'm gonna have to go for 93. Still great though!!

Tough one this. But the most established year for me was 92

i have gone with 1992 as my favourite, the tunes were ace

Tricky this one. 1992 or 1993...

this is soooo hard. mine would be back end of 91 to the end of 93. so if i had to pick a full year would have to be 92.

I'm the one vote for 1995 due to the fact that was the first full year of raving, the music was okay, unlike '92-early '94 . The reason for this being my first full year was due to my age, I was 16, looking 14, when I first went to Kinetic!!!
If the vote was for favourite year for the style of music then it would be '92

Tough one this Late '91 - end of 92 was my favourite time for raving. But i've gone with 92 - the weather, the music - wish i could go back !!!

92 all the way tunes were quality events were class and best off all atitudes were as you want it hassel free oh and the gear was good 93 wasnt bad but it was gettin dark and moody if you no what i mean

93 for me as it was when it all started.

Followed very closely by 94 and then 95

I agree 100% with that . 91 it got going and 93 started to slow down, but 92 was when it peaked and was just truly unbelieveable .
94 and 95 it went downhill big time . just my opinion of course.

It all happened in 92 for me, the atmosphere, the music had got to a good steady tempo, not fast, not to slow, and of course, those cheeky chappies most of us had in our pockets helped alot

I chose 1993 as it was the crossover/split from HCB to the darkside - I remember a lot of people were confused by this, but for me it was dark jungle all the way. Still is.....

92 , 93 a very close 2nd imo

1994 as it was the year i first discovered Bowlers absolutley amazing place

91/92 for me but I went for 92 as that has the best memeories for me.

got to be 92 for me due to the music & all the quality events

1992 me thinks was best for me but saying that from 1992 to 1995 were wikid years

Also i agree with Livvy, until 94-95 were best years!!

I go for 1990 till late 1993 But 1991 where the most exciting year for me
