Thread: What's Your Favourite Type Of Music?

I know most will say oldskool but you must have other favourite forms.

So Apart from Oldskool it would be Trance, Rock, Indie....or anything that sounds good, regardless of Genre.

I would say i no more about Guitar based music (rock,indie etc) than oldskool, so i would say Guitar based! Allthough i do like me oldskool!

I'm actually with Selwyn on this one (not the meatloaf part and he calls me for liking Phil Collins) I listen to oldskool of course, and Trance of course, but my main listening music is general stuff rather than EDM

Cant stand Phil Collins! i'd rather have meatloaf! Preferably neither!

Phil Collins Is pure Shit how the fellow ever made a living out of it is a mystery!

for me it's rick wakeman and whitesnake

i cant stand indie or chart based music apart from the odd tune. i can honestly say i only listen to oldskool and the hardcore scene music as it is today, the only time i listen to anything else is in the work van and then its radio 2 i love the debates on the jeremy vine show, i get so pissed off and shout at nothing and my work folk just look at me gone out

Aside from the obvious 'old skool hardcore' I listen to all sorts - as long as it's got energy or some soul.
Whether it's indie / old hiphop / soul / house or Funk.

Quite firmly rooted in Breakbeat hardcore 1991-1992 thats primary, Depends what mood im in really, really into Electro - Breaks stuff at the mo Si Begg, Tipper & Radioactive man and the likes, but venture into all sorts of things, Techno, Gabber, Speedcore, Doomcore, Junglist, Breakcore, Reggae, Ragga, House, Hip Hop have always been more into electronic stuff more than band music but have lightened up a bit as ive got older and got a bit more into the band side of things. IMO theres no such thing as bad music just music you dont like !

Well. My favourite Genre is Trance always has been! I love all forms of it. Still ahve a love the 80's metal though lol.

I tend to go through phases myself. Alarmingly, I haven't listened to much music the past few days!

i am partial to a bit of Reggae if not listening to old skool helps me chill out and some the tunes have wicked bass-lines! B-)

apart from old skool i do like a bit of bouncy house
