the vocal snippet on this track comes from the accappella of Bridgett Grace's "Love To The Limit".
& it doesn't actually say "My Own" ...it says "My All" = as in - "I Gave you all My Love - MyMy ALL !"

you can hear it @ 1.54 on this =

the "Gotta Believe We Can Make It Real - Just Be Yourself - Won't You Do What You Feel" vocal on MC Lethal's "Rave Digger" is sampled from the accappella of Victor Romeo's "Brighter Day" on Dance Mania Records.

I have to say, slightly off topic; Rave digger the original mix is one of my all time favorite tunes after hearing Pete Tong play it on his 'Mad Music sweep' (remember that anyone?) Then sedders smashed it at Starlight, Mickey finn One Step Beyond etc etc. however loads of people prefer SS' Mix... But the vocals in the wrong key and doesnt match the piano line!? am I the only one who thinks this? Better production mind but still, it always grates!

The flip to Music 4 Da People (Bish Bosh) samles the synth in Aha - Take On Me

Which incidentally is one of the first records I ever bought :ymblushing:

Hmmm, Its okay, better than SS' mix but i@m unsure about the Edge 1 drum sample (as its sampled from such a big tune) and the sampling of Altern 8. Just seems a little clumsy...

Ha ha, I think I'm just a sucker for the original no matter what!!!

    Primary Source - Lovin' You

Just got this sample spotted from a Discogs enthusiast. Check out the intro to this.....

and 1.40 of this lovely Reinforced tune.

Apologies Gunshot. I've never heard the Cloud 9 sample in anything else other than the 'Mr Logic (Remix)' am afraid. Would love to find out the original source though (and find out what's being said!).

Interesting thread! Here's the original sample from Praga Khan 'Injected With A Poison'. We don't need that anymore...
