Its the last Sunday of the month and its a brand new year that can only mean one thing...its Oldskool Sundays 60 minute mix.
If you listened in to our previous guest mixes live on O.S.S radio show with: 2 Bad Mice, Mark Archer (Altern8,Nexus 21 & Slo Moshun), Shock C and Jock Lee and Lee Fisher then you'll know what calibre to expect every month.
We host a 60 minute guest mix on the last Sunday of every month.This could be a from legend from the scene or up and coming Dj.

And what a way to kick off 2012, On this first show of the year were very proud to present Dj Spencer Taffs (aka Spencer T)

Spencer who who lives in Rugby, Warwickshire has been djing for 15 years, He's played for Cream, Godskitchen, Rainbow Warehouse, Custard Factory,Miss Moneypennys, Gatecrasher and as also played for his good friend Shock C at Blast Nights in Royal Leamington Spa and out and about in Birmingham playing House & Techno , Carl cox sort of style, banging techno ! you cant get better than that,awesome stuff Spencer states.
He's also lived and Djed in Ibiza which was a really great experience. My true love is oldskool, which i have my mum to thank for getting me involved , goin to school in the early ninetees listen to Sueno Latino & Italo house albums in the car, so ive been influenced from an early age.
But my favourite era has to be 1988 - 1990 just when warehouse raves and ibiza was kicking off, you cant get better tunes then what was being played then, really fresh sounding tunes which still kick the ass out of alot of crap djs play in clubs today, as they say
"they dont make em like they used to".
I have well over 6000 oldskool records ranging from 1988 Chicago house right though to 1992 - 1993 hardcore, I love playing out as much as i can and sharing classics from yesteryear with everyone. Me and Jason Shorthouse form Jilted Generation are doing a back 2 back special set at the after party from The Next Raiders of the Oldskool boat party. Hope to see you guys there !
