Now this is one event that I want to follow closely. Absolutely loved Quest and first went there in it's fledgling days of 1991.

    Awesome place.

Never went to Quest myself... Didn't get many of the tapes knocking about down my way either.

    Any recommendations?

I'll be sat on the beach in Tenerife when this is on too....

There was a link on a dnb forum to loads of Quest sets mate, can't find the fooker though now.

The guy who started the link on the forum posted on here too for a while.

Basically any Quest sets from 91-93 are well worth a listen if you can stomach the MC's. Funny enough, I spent a lot of my raving days there and can't remember a MC apart from Mad P when Top Buzz were playing and the resident MC's - Scarlet & Joker

The reason there's so many is why I've never listened to any...

I need some bonafide, reputation on the line recommendations or it never existed in my book...

I was there that night, Easygroove smashed it. The Quest crowd were strictly hardcore so when the likes of Easygroove or Tin Tin played and they usually played random sets, it was a break from the norm.

Thought you'd like this one Thrashy

Yeah tis Valentine's night, you're right.

I called this morning and booked the ambient lit, romantic table number 12.... Even that didn't impress her

How was I to know that she didn't like snooker?

there's a lot of resurgences of old Hardcore nights/events.......but will it really re-capture the magic of a bygone era?! It all seems a bit of a distant past now.......does anyone agree or disagree?!

The main reason I go to events is to be nostalgic.

The magic will never be there again. 18 years old, pilled up to my back teeth and dancing around like a loon.....those days are long gone!

Those days will never come back.
