i flicked it on in the background while in rr

gotta say.... the crowd looked pretty safe.... but as to be expected.. as alot of oldies in the crowd and alot of youngsters that there for an experience... wernt nuffin like i remember my days at the island/camden etc... but again that said.... looked safe as fuk and it aint the early/mid 90s anymore.

nice quick interview with NBM..... was nice to hear from him that brum are more into the oldskool where as down south.... its more of an upfront vibe.... though well expected imo.

the finn's quick interview was pretty kool too.... and agiain. nice to hear from him sayin. its not worth puttin the old events on more than 2 / 3 times a year. cos people dont want it.

i say 'nice' cos atleast the guys i followed and respected DO seem to know the score on whats goin on.

bad point......... had to turn the finns set bits off............ cos baseman was murdering the tunes........ why the geeza is still allowed to go near a mic. i will never ever know!!!!!!


so i will stand up and salute the Finn, NBM and the Midlands crew for keepin a nice oldskool party vibe goin on, not pretending its still the mid 1990s and just seemingly enjoying what we remember them for.

might even pop my head into a raveoligy in 2012 sometime (if i can talk livvy into it lololol)...... we see.
