Had a quick skip through just now - some nice sounds going on later on in the tune & I also like that drumloop sound as well
I think there's something slightly off on the timing of the loops at the start though - the forward loop sounds like it's coming in just a touch too soon (maybe part of it is missing at the end of the original sample??).
As for Hardcore Breaks - just a name used for modern old skool really (although over the now 10+ years it's been out, a lot of the newer stuff doesn't really sound old skool anymore which is a shame).
Few terms for you and what they basically mean :
Mixdown - This is the final wave file of all your parts (beats / loops / synths / vocals etc) - so if someone says you need to sort the mixdown out, it means sorting out each parts volume against each other so they sit nicely together & sound good.
Fx / Effects - echos / reverbs / filters etc - used sparingly can make certain sounds really come alive - bit of reverb on vocals so they don't stop dead, delays on synths so they echo, and filtering really low end off sounds that don't need it which will help make a better quality mixdown.
Eq - used to change the sound of your track parts to either bring out some top end, mid or low end, or just to 'tame' any bits that are a bit harsh.
Mastering / Beefing (as I like to call it) - this is the final stage needing specialist software / hardware to take a good mixdown and beef it up to bring the best out in the sound of it - to be done properly you really need top quality speakers in a specialised room built for it, so it's usually a job for someone else (if you want it done properly).
