FINALLY!!!

Last night i bought a HDMI cable for my xbox and as soon as i turned it on i could'nt get over how clear the dashboard looked! all the blurry colours and rough edges went away i was lookin at that for about 5 mins before i even played the game haha, Then when i seen the game in HD i was like it was Forza 3 and i could'nt believe how good my cars looked in HD the detail was stunning. I finally gettin full use from my xbox and HD TV all for only a €9.95 cable from powercity haha

we recently got a HD flat screen thing only because the wife wanted one i wasnt botherd but thats another story any way i was the same when my son hucked his xbox up to the HD, i too said WOW i dont play on consoles anymore i prefer the wii but i have to agree the graphics are amazing. i was watching my lad play need for speed earlier and his car looked real, its amazing

Yes, it does make a massive difference to the picture. It's what these consoles and games were made for.

I'm pretty lucky as I had a HD TV before I got my consoles, so I just jumped right in when I got them. But HD gaming makes all the difference

At the moment we have our new x-box linked to the tv with the lead that came with it.. We now have an HD TV (got a free blue ray player with it). Do we just need to buy a normal HDMI lead to collect the x-box up?

Oh don't have HD sky yet, but will be ordering that soon.

Yes - but be sure to check that your 360 has got an HDMI socket on the back 1st.
I've got an old 360 that's not got HDMI so I use a composite lead for HD instead.

I'll double check, but assume it must as we only bought it just before x-mas.

When I first got my HD tele and 360 about 4 years ago I stupidly thought I was already playing in HD for the first 3 months or so. Used to think it looked good but wasn't all it was cracked up to be. When I hooked it up properly I was in disbelief at the difference!
