I sometimes give mario kart the odd workout on a snes emulator but recently I have discovered that a lot of playstation 1 games have been converted to play on the psp (if you have it flashed). As soon as I found out I went looking for ISS pro evo and have the odd game of master league on my psp from time to time.

Remember all the big kids hanging around this machine in the arcade when we were on holiday in Cornwall, then about a month later my uncle had it in his pub.
At closing for lunch (who remembers that?!) he used to raid the telephone kiosk on the wall and we'd feed endless 10p's into it until we clocked it...

    Goddamn

I'm a massive fan of retro gaming. I was brought up playing Acorn Electron games like Chuckie Egg and Jet Set Willy.
My dad was a teacher so he used to bring home the BBC Micro in the summer holidays which was like the PS3 of the 80's! It had a disk drive you didn't have to wait 10 minutes for it to load.

If you're into retro gaming you should look into getting a GP2X. It's a small handheld device that lets you play just about every single console including:
    Megadrive
    Super Nintendo
    NES
    Gameboy
    Commodore Amiga
    MAME
    Atari Lynx plus loads more.

You can get one on ebay for about £50. Recommended for anyone like me who has a train commute to work!

I bought my PSP when they could play homebrew. Since then I have used it for my commute.

All old consoles emulators are on there. I Also use it for music. No Ipod for me.
We are all analog people living in a digital era...

Yes I remember the cracking scene very well, mainly from the fantastic intros you'd get before the cracked game loads up. I'll never forget the time I was playing on my Amiga as a kid and my mum saw the one at the beginning of Ivan Stewart's Super Off Road, which was a massive cartoon animation of the Devil bonking an angel - I've never moved so fast to click the mouse button to get rid of that one!

Me and a mate used to program music demos using Protracker and Videotracker. Did some good Jesus On E's style hardcore stuff which I really wish I'd have kept for old times sake but sadly they're all gone.
