Typical David Starkey tbh, stuck in the days of the slave trade, believeing that "black culture" is the root of all evil. The cause (IMO) was not black culture, it was modern british youth culture, having being brought up to have no respect and believing your actions will have no consequences or repercussions. The root cause is not the kids though - its the society around them not teaching discipline and the values of what is right and what is wrong.... That knuckling down and making something of your life is something to be proud of, not something to be jealous of others achieving...
