I keep getting authorisation errors, could I have my account back please?

I was just going to offer a Carl Cox upload but the request section is locked out.

It's no big deal if I'm supposed to go through the initiation ceremony again.

I think this has been happening to quite a few members who have been a bit absent and have filtered back on....I guess their accounts have gone into a sort of limbo, until they re-post....I think you've triggered your account back to its normal status now...unless you have to do the whole 10 posts thing which won't take long anyway....

We have software installed now which automatically searches for 2 types of user, inactive members and lurkers.

Inactive members are those that haven't logged in for 90 days. When they reach 90 days they are put into the inactive group and these members then have to ask for a promotion again to have their access to the whole site switched back on.

Lurkers are those that log into the site within the 90 day period but don't make any posts within 30 days. These members have to make 1 post to re-activate their accounts. They don't have to ask for a promotion, they just need to make one post.

You fell into the Inactive group.

To stop this happening again, you just need to make at least 1 post every 30 days, which really isn't a lot to ask for is it?

The software is obviously doing it's job though as there's now not a day goes by without someone coming back from limbo asking for a promotion, strange.

I've just checked the request thread (so I think this means I'm back to normal again, many thanks) and someone else had already posted up a rip a while back so I guess it didn't matter anyway
