Doing good with the loss,could do with losing a bit myself ,i'm 19 stone but 6ft 2 so it don't show so bad

How did you do it? and what made you decide to do it?

I'm 2 stone overweight, although I have a thin face so I can get away with it, but I need to get myself sorted and get this 2 stone off.

i went to the nurse one day feeling a bit shitty and she said it was a weight related( i weighed 26 stone) and she said i would end up with loads of problems if i didnt loose the weight, also the fact my dad died of a heart attack at 50 ( and he was a fit person) it made me take stock of what i was doing to myself , so went on weight watchers diet and started runing on the wii fit and thankfully the weight came off got down to 17 stone this year but put half a stone back on when stopped smoking but working on getting on at the min , anyway that the long winded version mate
